All faulty or incorrect items sent to you will be replaced at no cost.
We guarantee you will be happy with your purchase! However, if you have a change of mind or not satisfied with your order, you have up to 10 days from purchase date to apply for a refund. Send us an email with a quick summary of your concerns, and we will respond as soon as possible generally within the same business day.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same packaging in which you received it with all seals intact.
There will be a 20% restocking fee that is non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is approved and received, the funds will be credited into your original method of payment. It may take a few days of processing time before you receive the refund.
